- Personalization: Your home profile helps provide more relevant advice
- History: Saved locally on your device for your reference
Third-Party Services
We use Google Gemini API to analyze your repair issues. When you submit a problem:
- Your description and photos are sent to Google's servers
- Google processes this data according to their privacy policy
- We do not permanently store your photos on our servers
Data Storage
- Device Identifier: We generate a unique device ID to link your data across sessions
- Server Storage: Your repair analyses are stored on our secure servers to track usage and improve our service
- Local Storage: Your home profile is also stored locally on your device for offline access
- Email (Optional): If you provide an email, it's stored with your account for potential future features
- You Control Your Data: You can request deletion of your data by contacting us
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with Google Gemini for the purpose of providing AI analysis.
Your Rights
You can:
- Use the app without providing photos or email
- Delete your home profile from the app settings
- Uninstall the app to remove all local data
- Request deletion of all server-side data by emailing us
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us
